7 Point booking plan

  1. Decide which week(s) you wish to take.
  2. Check availability on the prices page.
  3. Complete the booking form below and submit.
  4. You will be sent a provisional booking reference by email within 48 hours. NB If you have not received an email within this time, please ring 01538 754445 or 0034 96 551 8259
  5. Arrange your flights and insurance. (We can arrange insurance if required).
  6. Email flight numbers to us quoting your provisional booking reference. At this point you will need to pay your 20% deposit.
  7. 6 weeks before your holiday start date pay outstanding balance of your holiday.

Declaration:- In submitting this form, you are entering into a contract and a provisional booking will be made in your name. You need not pay any money until you confirm the booking once your flights and insurance have been arranged. At that point, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking fee. The balance becomes due 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday or immediately if there is less than 6 weeks before the start date at time of flight and insurance confirmation.

Once you submit this form, you have 7 days to confirm your flights and insurance or the provisional booking will be cancelled.
